How long does it take to complete a custom order?
  • For wood orders: Custom orders typically take around 3 months to deliver. This is because the wood requires adequate time to dry, and during the rainy season in Chiang Mai, where our factory is located, there might be slight delays. However, rest assured, we keep track of every order and provide regular updates.
  • For lighting orders: These are usually delivered within 2 months.
  • For in-stock items: Products from our Singapore showroom or warehouse are delivered within one week, and customers can request a preferred delivery date.

Can I customize the design or finish of my order?

Yes, customization is available! You can share picture references, hand-drawn designs, or descriptions. Our in-house designers will work with you to create a design that meets your vision

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally and partner with reliable logistics companies to ensure timely delivery at the best possible rates.

How do I track my order?

Can I inspect the goods before receiving them?

Absolutely! Since every piece of wood has a unique grain pattern, customers are welcome to request a viewing of their items at our factory when placing an order.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery. However, if damage occurs, we offer free reconditioning and retouching for any damage caused by us.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All items sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Can I self-collect my order?

Yes, you can self-collect your order from our showroom or warehouse office.

How often should wooden furniture and lamps be maintained?

For wooden furniture: Acacia wood is naturally durable and low-maintenance, making it perfect for long-lasting furniture. A light cleaning every few weeks is sufficient to keep it looking pristine. Its resistance to wear, moisture, and scratches ensures it maintains its strength and beauty with minimal effort.

For lamps: Regular dusting is all that’s needed to keep your lamps looking their best. Avoid placing them in direct sunlight or excessively humid areas for extended periods to preserve their condition. Our steel lamps are designed for durability, featuring a black powder-coated finish that effectively prevents rust and ensures lasting quality.

What should I do if my lamp bought a few years ago is not working well?

If your lamp isn’t working well, don’t worry! Contact us directly for an upgrade to our VEILLUX G5 LED Dimmable Driver, which offers durability, energy efficiency, and long-term cost savings. We’re here to help!

Do you offer warranties on your products?
  • Wood Furniture: We provide a 10-year warranty against parasites and termites, along with free conditioning and retouching. However, this does not cover scratches caused by the user. Any cracks, knots, holes, or splits before or after sale are natural features of solid wood and are not considered defects.
  • Lighting Products: We offer a 1-year carry-in local warranty.

Do you provide installation services?

Yes, installation services are available for a fee, which varies depending on the item.
