Shiro: I’ve come up with something interesting!

The A4-size collection I started in 2024 will now continue as a 13-year project, with one new original A4 artwork created each year.

This year’s 2026 artwork is The First Lotus , the third chapter in this 13-year journey.

The price of the A4 originals will increase each year throughout the series.

For those who collect all 13 original works over the 13-year journey, I will gift you an original 100 × 100 cm painting, which I will create when I turn 53.

I wonder what kind of painting it will be.

Each year, a new A4 original will be added to the collection, making this a journey that unfolds over 13 years - one artwork at a time.

If, along the way, you decide that you would like to let go of your collection, I am also considering creating a system where I would first offer the pieces to collectors who joined the series in a later year. The work would be offered at the price applicable in the year it is acquired.

I want my paintings to be more than something you simply own - I want them to enrich your everyday life and remain meaningful to you for many years to come.
